"The only thing that animals and the environments needs to fear ?

We are all about studying a ecosystem, and helping the aquatic life restructure their populations through ecosystem reconstructions and environmental cleaning.  When species of aquatic life that cannot live in polluted waters are pre-
sence, we must ensure that they have what they need to not just be there, BUT more so continue to survive forever.

In April 2011 & May of 2012, we found  Maccaffertaum, Luteum & other very important species in the upper areas
of Bronte Creek in Halton
county Ontario.  This specie since 1935 has been known as Stenonema Luteum. The renaming to Maccaffertatum is in recognition of the huge amount of  ( Taxonomic & revisions ) work done by

DR   P.W. McCafferty.  It must also be said that DR McCafferty, and all of he contemporaries in the entomology
biology world, have done more in the last 20 years for bugs and the environments of our world, then has been done
in the last 200 years by all the past contributors.

   What is a  Stenonema
         &
 why should      you care            ?
They love & need    "CLEAN WATER"    like we all do !!!
We work with all aquatic insects here not just Stenonema.
BREAKING NEWS:

!!!  RARE AQUATIC LIFE  FOUND !!!

M, Luteum found living in Bronte Creek, Ontario
This is M, Luteum above.  Why, and what makes them so important.??? First there are many species that look just the same. BUT, are they ??  As a matter of fact take a peak at the group of four below. Look at their bellies !!!  At the end of their abdomen. Can you find him, likely not.  So how can you know ???  look at the one in the upper right photo. See near the tails the 3 black markings the little black diamond in the middle. That is one of many KEY's to know. The problem is it is almost impossible to tell, who is who without dissecting to compare their anatomy to one that has been done. That is the only way that I know, who is who. And, in every stream that marking can change. But this is about knowing they are there. If we help them by cleaning the environment, then they help clean our stream. And, that as you know fills our lakes. Remember !!! we can run out of " OIL ". But if we run out of  CLEAN WATER.

Taxonomics is the classification process of them in understanding these, and so many more species. The reason for all that complex work is. Above in the pictures are four similar ones they are Luteum, Vicarium, ( was Fuscum ), and one I have not yet determined. Why the name ( was Fuscum ). Because he went throw a name change to Vicarium. Vicarium has many subspecies now. Heres why they are so important. If we look at a  water pollution quality index, we can find a rating for each one. the scale is ( 1 - 10 ) level 1 is very clean healthy water.
Level 10 from the EPA water quality reports that I have found, level 10 is just below a sewage treatment plant !!!

The ( was Fuscum ) &, Luteum, are a level 1, and the true Vicarium is a level 4. So by finding Luteum, and was Fuscum in our streams is a great sign that the water is healthy. If the water has higher populations of vicarium and lower levels or non of species like Luteum, that means the water needs some help. But level 4 is not so bad right.

Who wants level 4, when we can have a level 1.

You can make a difference to by removing garbage from streams and around town. IF , 7 billion people, pick up 7 billion pieces of garbage, that enough garbage to fill a small country.
Lets do it right for once.  Thank you for caring.
